Clarity Pools has a general process outline that will help you further understand how your custom pool will be designed and built, so you will know what to expect.

• Pool layout and excavation (1st draw)
• Steel installation
• Plumbing
• Steel, bond, and location inspection
• Shotcrete upon green tag (2nd draw)
• Electrical
• Gas line and p-trap
• Gas inspection
• Tile and coping
• Deck layout
• Deck steel inspection
• Deck pour upon green tag (3rd draw)
• Equipment set
• Electrical hookup
• Gas hookup
• Grade, clean-up, and sprinklers
• Existing fence reinstall (unless job scope has new one in proposal)
• Pre-plaster inspection
• Plaster upon green tag
• Fill pool
• Pool start-up, install all fittings, start-up chemicals, and all other necessary items
• Final inspection
• Pool school—this could take up to three visits to make sure you fully understand your pool
• 100% Satisfaction (4th draw)
