What to Expect


The following process provides important information on how your custom pool will be designed and built so you will know what to expect.

Week one

• pool layout at excavation one day, 1st draw
• steel installation one day
• plumbing one to two days
• steel, bond and location inspection

Week two

• gunite upon green tag, 2nd draw
• electrical rough in one day
• gas line and p-trap one day
• gas inspection

Week three and four

• tile and coping one week
• deck layout one day
• deck steel inspection

Week five

• deck pour upon green tag one day, 3rd draw
• equipment set one day
• electrical hook up
• gas hook up

Week six

• grade, clean-up and sprinklers one to three days
• fence install one day
• per plaster inspection
• plaster upon green tag

Week seven

• plaster one day
• acid wash plaster one day
• fill pool two days
• start-up pool and let run for three to five days

Week eight

• install jets, salt and all other necessary items
• final inspection
• pool school
