During the process of building pools I have discover that most customers have the same type of questions. Below are some frequently asked questions to help you up front. However, PLEASE, ask as many questions as you need. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with the end result – a custom pool that you have envisioned for years!

How long does it take to design and build a custom pool?

Once your contract is signed and approved, it takes between 1 to 3 weeks to obtaining city permits. The actual construction usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks. Any delays outside our control including weather, materical shortages, or customer changes to the plan may delay this 2-3 weeks longer.
Is my back yard big enough?

Swimming pools may be built in any size. Certain restrictions will apply based on your City's codes. Since we are a custom pool builder, we can customize a pool to fit almost any back yard.

How much does it cost to have Clarity Pools come to my house and provide a cost estimate?

There is no charge for an initial consultation or a detailed cost estimate.
Who do I talk to when I have questions or concerns?

During any phase of the pool building process, you will talk to the owner, Jeff Moore, with any questions or concerns on his cell phone: 469-323-6232. He strives to make himself available 7 days a week. Sometimes you may receive his voice mail, but your call will be returned on the day you call, usually within an hour!

What areas does Clarity Pools build pools?

Clarity Pools will build custom pools in any areas around the Dallas-Fort Worth-Denton metroplex.

Does Clarity Pools actually do the work, or will they subcontract construction phases to other companies?

Unlike most pool companies, Clarity Pools provides personal craftsmen to do some of the construction. Outside subcontractors are almost exclusive to Clarity Pools, and subcontractors are overseen almost 100% of the time.  We provide the best quality control in the industry to meet our high standards of customer satisfaction...Guaranteed!
